KLC is an awesome facility. Something for everyone. I’ve joined as a gold member and would use the Gym and other classes at least twice per week. It’s very economical and the staff are lovely. I think we are really well catered for at KLC

did the tone and sculpt class with creedance this morning. bloody good workout. im a visitor and normally do HIIT and bootcamp class when Im at home. This was up there with my level of intensity. Creedance is excellent at encouragement and motivation. ill def be doing more classes everytime im in town. great facilities too!

Tone & Sculpt is a great addition to the fitness class line up at the KLC. The session consists of Pilates based moves, including standing and mat based, using hand weights and stretch tubes.The structure of the class allows individuals to target the exercises to their fitness level. Thanks Kirsty, will be back for more classes!

Love Pilates only wish there was more classes for seniors during the week very good .
